Allyn is also designated as an Urban Growth Area, with plans for the town's future growth well underway. The village offers a shopping center, hardware store, grocery store, two restaurants, small shops and the Allyn Historic Church. LakeLand Village is an attractive residential golf community with 27 holes of challenging PGA Level golf open to the public.
